Let me introduce myself.  I'm Richard Middleton a cabinet maker by trade and a pretty good BBQ cook on the side.  I have a BBQ team named "RED,WHITE and QUE".  The members of the team are Roy Bell and my son Richard, jr. better known as Rich.  Rich cooks in Texas under IBCA rules and I cook in KCBS cookoffs.  I cook on a red Tucker Cooker known as "the little red Tucker".  You can see some of my woodworking products on Tucker's web site or at Middleton Woodworks.  The links are right on this page.
